Medical Weight Loss 

• Struggling with weight loss, we have oral and injectable medications available. 

• Initial services will begin with discussion of lab work, goals of therapy, oral vs injectable medications for weight loss, plan for renewal of prescriptions. 

• Blood work will need to be completed prior to initiating services. Lab testing will include CBC, BMP, TSH, LFTs, A1-C, B12, Vit D.

• Follow up appointments after starting weight loss medications are required at 3, 6, 12 months. Repeat labs may also be required. 

• Medications offered: Phentermine, Topamax, Naltrexone, Qysmia, Contrave, compounded GLP1 type medications, and other weight loss options.

Hormone Replacement for Perimenopause​​

• Symptoms of Perimenopause may include, irregular periods, sleep problems, mood changes, brain fog, fatigue, headaches, decreased sex drive, weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, urinary issues, vaginal dryness or discomfort during intimacy.  

• Perimenopausal treatment options include oral, topical, and vaginal hormones.

• Low libido or poor sex drive, we have medication options that can help improve intimacy or satisfaction. 

• Initial services will begin with discussion of your concerns, goals of therapy, and medication options. 

• Treatment includes oral medications, topical creams, and/or topical hormones.
