Our Provider

Scot Klein, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and a proud Idaho native.

He earned degrees from Boise State University, Northwest Nazarene University, and Maryville University.

Scot began his healthcare career in the U.S. Navy, serving as an Intensive Care Unit nurse and deploying to the Middle East. He spent more than 12 years caring for critically ill patients, gaining extensive experience and a calm, steady approach under pressure.

He’s known for his approachable style, clinical expertise, and genuine commitment to helping individuals and families live healthier, happier lives.
